What is eNPS? Employee Net Promoter Score

Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) shows how likely your team is to recommend your company as a place to work.

eNPS stands for employee Net Promoter Score. It works like NPS, but you ask your own team, not customers. The usual question is "How likely are you to recommend working here to a friend?" People answer from 0 to 10.

How the score works

Answers sort into the same three groups as NPS: promoters (9 or 10), passives (7 or 8) and detractors (0 to 6). Your eNPS is the share of promoters minus the share of detractors, from -100 to 100.

When to use it

Run eNPS on a regular schedule, such as every quarter, and watch the trend. Add "What is the main reason for your score?" People answer honestly only when they trust the answers will not be used against them.

Keep employee and customer surveys apart

Pulseri keeps employee surveys separate from customer surveys. After a person is removed from your list, their answers stay without a name or email.
