Replace spreadsheets

Stop chasing feedback across forms, sheets and inboxes.

Keep one list of people, ask each at the right time and send low scores to your team. Pulseri does the remembering.

A team picks a moment (a customer finishes a purchase), who to ask (paid-plan customers not asked in the last 90 days) and where (in the app or by email), then sees the question. By default, the same person is not asked twice in 90 days.

The usual mess

Where feedback goes to get lost

Each tool does its job. The trouble starts when they must work together.

Forms

A form collects answers but forgets who you asked last month.

Spreadsheets

A sheet holds the list and scores until its builder is away.

Inboxes

A low score sits in an email until someone reads it.

Pulseri keeps your people and what you know about them, such as plan, team or start date. Ask on a schedule or when something happens. Pulseri records who was asked and when, so nobody gets the same survey twice.

Follow-up

A low score reaches a person

In a sheet, a low score is a number in a row. In Pulseri, it is a message to your team.

Five steps: a customer scores 3, a rule for scores of 6 or lower matches, an alert is created, a message appears in the team chat and the team can follow up. A switch shows a score of 10: no alert, and a review request goes out instead.

New unhappy answer from Emily Carter at Northwind Books: 3 out of 10. Exports take far too long.

Write a rule that defines a low score. A matching answer messages your channel, and you can see whether it arrived.

Switching

Moving over takes five steps

  1. Clean the list: one row and one email address per person.
  2. Add the facts you group by, such as plan, team or start date.
  3. Add your people to Pulseri from your product or through the API.
  4. Pick your usual question and gap between surveys.
  5. Set the low-score rule and the channel.

Keep the old sheet as a record of past scores. New scores start the day you switch.

Questions people ask

When one person owns it and asks a small group once or twice a year. It fails when several people send surveys or the list changes often.
