How survey sends work
Each plan includes monthly survey sends: Starter 2,500, Growth 10,000, and Business 30,000.
A monthly allowance
Your plan includes a set number of sends each month. The count resets monthly.
Extra sends are billed
Extra sends cost €2.50 per 1,000 on Starter, Growth, and Business, billed monthly.
Send packs
On Business, a pack adds 10,000 sends a month for €25 a month, up to 10 packs.

Try everything on your plan. We charge your card when the trial ends, so cancel before then to pay nothing.
Monthly or yearly
Pay monthly or yearly and get 2 months free. Upgrades and yearly switches apply at once. Downgrades apply at period end.
Prices and tax
Prices do not include VAT. Self-serve plans are billed in EUR. Enterprise plans are billed by invoice.

Reaching a limit never pauses or deletes what you already have.

At a limit, you cannot add more of that item. Move up a plan or free up room.

On Starter, Growth, and Business, extras are billed. Trials stop at the allowance.

No. Every self-serve plan starts with a free 14-day trial on your own data.
Everyone you store in Pulseri counts toward your people limit: the customers and team members you survey. Plans include Starter 500, Growth 2,500, and Business 10,000. Delete a person to free their place.
