Employee feedback

Know how your team feels before they tell you.

Run eNPS and ESAT check-ins on a steady rhythm. A low score reaches the right person fast.

How people feel at work, scored from 0 to 10, dips in week 4 from 7.4 to 5.9. Of that week's comments, 11 are about long meetings and 5 about unclear plans. A summary says the mood fell after a run of long meetings.

Separate by design

Employees and customers stay apart

Same tools, never a shared report.

Every person and survey is either a customer or an employee. A customer survey never reaches an employee, and employee answers never appear in customer reports, even if a filter is wrong.

  • eNPS asks how likely someone is to recommend you as a place to work.
  • ESAT asks how satisfied someone is, such as after a change or launch.
  • Departments work like customer accounts, so you can read scores by team.
Pulse cadence

A steady rhythm, without the nagging

Send eNPS on a schedule, such as every quarter, to everyone or one department. The relationship cooldown that protects customers protects your team too: by default, nobody gets a relationship survey more than once in 90 days.

Send ESAT when something happens, such as a reorganisation or a new tool.

Follow-ups

A low score reaches the right person

Choose who hears about a low check-in, and where.

Five steps: a team member scores a quarterly check-in 4, a rule for scores of 5 or lower matches, an alert is created, a message appears in the people team chat and the team can talk with them. A switch shows a score of 9: a thank-you note goes out instead.

New heads-up

#people-team · Pulseri

A quarterly check-in from Johanna Berg scored 4 out of 10. Workload is the reason given.

Set a rule such as "score 5 or lower" and send it to the people team in Slack or Microsoft Teams, so someone can have a quiet word. Pulseri also charts each department's score weekly and tags comments with themes, so a drop comes with a reason.

Who sees what

Answers are tied to the person, so you can follow up. Tell your team who reads the results.

  • Roles decide who can see people and responses.
  • Removing a person clears their name and email.
  • Past answers stay in reports without a name or email, so trends stay intact.
