NPS
How likely are you to recommend us? A regular customer check-in.
Ask the right person at the right moment, see what changed and why, and alert your team the same day a score is low.
A team picks a moment (a customer finishes a purchase), who to ask (paid-plan customers not asked in the last 90 days) and where (in the app or by email), then sees the question. By default, the same person is not asked twice in 90 days.

Pick the question that fits the moment. All answers land in the same reports.

Send Pulseri who your customers and teammates are. No CRM needed.
Each answer sits next to a person, their plan and their account.
Send on a schedule, or the moment something happens.
A check-in goes to a segment on a schedule. An event survey goes out when your app, Stripe or Zendesk reports something, after a delay if you like.
By default, nobody gets a relationship survey such as NPS more than once in 90 days.
A rule watches every answer. When one matches, the right channel hears within minutes.
Five steps: a customer scores 3, a rule for scores of 6 or lower matches, an alert is created, a message appears in the team chat and the team can follow up. A switch shows a score of 10: no alert, and a review request goes out instead.

In short
The score fell from 8.1 to 6.2 in week 6, mostly because exports got slower. It is recovering since.
Pulseri tags each comment positive, neutral or negative and groups it under themes such as pricing or support speed. On plans that include it, a weekly digest covers the campaigns you choose.
The AI never sends surveys, changes scores or replies on its own, and you can correct any tag.
