Pulseri reads each comment and adds two things.
- One sentiment: positive, neutral or negative.
- Any themes that clearly fit, such as pricing or support speed.
If no theme fits, it adds none. Your dashboard shows the score trend beside top themes, so you see what changed and why.
Themes that match your words
Keep a list of themes, each with a name and a color. Pulseri sorts comments into that list only, so reports use your labels. Edit it any time. Your plan sets how many themes you can keep.

A weekly digest of what people said
One short read instead of a hundred comments.
Each week Pulseri summarises new answers. Every plan gets a digest for the whole account. Some plans also write one per active survey, such as what NPS detractors mentioned this week.
The table shows how many surveys get their own digest. Past your plan's limit, the most recently started surveys come first and the rest are marked as not written because of the plan.

What the AI does, and what it does not
- It reads comments and writes tags and summaries.
- It never sends a survey, changes a score or replies to a customer.
- Your correction wins. Pulseri never overwrites a tag you fixed.
- Alerts can use sentiment. Your rule decides who is told, never the AI.
- Obvious emails and phone numbers are removed before the AI reads a comment.
A digest is a summary. Read the comments behind it before a big decision.

- Alerts for low scores: low scores reach your team by Slack, Teams, email or a signed webhook.
- The survey builder: pick a score, an audience and a moment.
- Customer feedback surveys: NPS, CSAT and CES on a schedule or when something happens.
