Microsoft Teams integration for low-score alerts
Get a Microsoft Teams message when someone gives a low score. Needs approval from your Microsoft 365 admin.
What it does
When an answer matches an alert rule, Pulseri posts to the Microsoft Teams channel you chose. A rule can match a low score, a negative comment or a promoter. Each rule alerts once per answer, so repeats never flood the channel.
Who it suits
Teams in Microsoft 365 who want customer feedback where they already work.
What an alert holds
Each alert is one channel message, so your team sees the answer without opening Pulseri.
The score
The number the person gave. Your alert rule can match on it.
The full comment
The whole comment, uncut, next to the score.
A delivery record
See whether each alert is pending, delivered or failed.
How to set it up
Most people finish in minutes.
- An administrator opens Settings, then Integrations, and chooses Connect next to Microsoft Teams.
- A Microsoft 365 administrator approves Pulseri for your organization.
- Sign in once more so the Pulseri app appears in Teams. The integration shows as finishing setup until it is ready.
- Create an alert rule, choose Microsoft Teams and pick a channel.
- Send a test alert and check it lands in the channel.
