Slack integration for low-score alerts
Get a Slack message when someone gives a low score, with the full comment, so you can follow up the same day.
What it does
When an answer matches an alert rule, Pulseri posts to the Slack channel you chose. A rule can match a low score, a negative comment or a promoter, so the right people hear the same day. Each rule alerts once per answer, so repeats never fill your channel.
Who it suits
Teams that talk to customers in Slack, such as support, success and product. Try one channel for detractors and another for promoters.
What an alert holds
Each alert is one channel message, so your team sees the answer without opening Pulseri.
The score
The number the person gave. Your alert rule can match on it.
The full comment
The whole comment, uncut, next to the score.
A delivery record
See whether each alert is pending, delivered or failed.
How to set it up
Most people finish in minutes.
- An administrator opens Settings, then Integrations, and chooses Connect next to Slack.
- Sign in to Slack and approve Pulseri for your workspace.
- Create an alert rule, for example "score of 6 or lower", and choose Slack as the destination.
- Pick a channel. For a private channel, invite Pulseri to it first.
- Send a test alert and check it lands in the channel.
